We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Submitting a takedown notice
Send a writing to our designated agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (a URL is preferred)
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

What we do
We will remove material we determine in good faith to be infringing. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. Counter-notices follow the procedure in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
